Butlerberg

Butlerberg, on State Highway 105 in the eastern part of Montgomery County, was named for an early settler. The settlement was probably founded in the mid-1880s. By the late 1940s it consisted only of a few scattered dwellings along the highway. It has since been incorporated into Conroe.
