Fairview

Fairview was on Lipan Flat west of U.S. Highway 87 four miles southeast of San Angelo in central Tom Greene County. In 1931 the local school had four teachers, and in 1933 it had fifty-nine students; a church and scattered dwellings were in the community. In the 1980s Fairview no longer appeared on state highway maps.
