Four Corners

Four Corners is a tiny crossroads hamlet located at the junction of State highways 61 and 65 and Farm Road 562 about two miles northeast of Anahuac in north central Chambers County. The community was probably named for its location at the intersection of several roads. Homes and at least one business were shown on highway maps of the 1930s, but the area was not named. Four Corners was included on maps by the 1970s. In 2000 the community had a population of eighteen.
