Lakeview
Lakeview was a dispersed rural community on the northern edge of San Angelo in central Tom Green County. The local school had 191 pupils in 1910 and 225 pupils and fourteen teachers by 1930. In 1933 the average daily school attendance there was 421. In the 1980s the school and the Lakeview Stadium remained as reminders of the former community, which had been incorporated into San Angelo.
