Lower Valley
Lower Valley was a rural school community located on Cibolo Creek five miles southwest of Marion in western Guadalupe County. In 1904 thirty-eight students attended a one-teacher school. Lower Valley had a school and a few scattered houses in 1946; by the mid-1980s there was no evidence of the community on county highway maps.
