Minter

Muriel, also known as Minter's Church, was a rural settlement in northeastern Tarrant County. It was apparently established during the 1890s, and a post office operated there from 1899 to 1905. The population was ten in 1910 and eighteen by the mid-1930s. From the late 1940s through the 1970s Muriel reported a population of twenty. Subsequently no further population figures were available.
