Prairie View
Prairie View was four miles north of Turnersville in northern Coryell County. The school at Prairie View was built in 1905 and that year had eighty-five students and two teachers; it was consolidated with the Turnersville district in 1930. No population estimates for Prairie View were available. Only a cemetery marked the location on county highway maps in the 1980s.
