Rincon
Rincón is on Farm Road 490 between Farm roads 2844 and 755, ten miles west of McCook in northeastern Starr County. In 1991 it had an oil and gas refinery, a farm storage unit, several homes, and a population of 100. By 2000 the population dropped to five.
