Tallys
Tallys, also known as Tally, was a train station and post office community on the Sabine River and the Missouri Pacific line, eight miles southwest of Hallsville in southwestern Harrison County. The Tallys railroad station was built about 1884, and the Tally post office functioned from 1905 to 1913. In the 1940s the Tallys community consisted of a business and several scattered dwellings. The community was not shown on the 1988 county highway map.
