For this brief moment in time, we have the privilege of living beside Lake Lavon, benefiting from it, learning from it, and sharing responsibility for its care. This claim is not about possession. It is a promise to pay attention. To remember that clean water, healthy ecosystems, and beautiful natural places do not remain that way by accident. May we treat this lake not simply as something available for our use, but as something entrusted to our care. We are only passing through. The water will continue beyond us.
