Skeen was at the junction of Farm Road 3332 and the Atchison, Topeka, and Santa Fe Railway, seven miles south of Tahoka in south central Lynn County. Although a rural school once existed, no businesses were developed as of 1948. No evidence of the rural village remained by the mid-1980s.
