Mount Moriah
Mount Moriah is a rural community on Farm Road 322 and Manson Creek five miles southwest of Palestine in southwestern Anderson County. In the 1930s the community site had several dwellings and a building that served as a school and a church. The Mount Moriah Church was still at the site in 1985. By 2000 no trace of Mount Moriah was shown on county maps except for a cemetery.
